About The Position
As a Senior Product Manager for Equipment Monitoring at Motive, you'll be at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing sectors in the Internet of Things (IoT) category. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how the physical economy tracks, manages, and optimizes a vast array of equipment – from trailers and refrigerated units to construction equipment and small tools. You'll develop solutions that provide critical insights to make operations with these equipment types more efficient, productive, and profitable. Key challenges include driving up utilization of existing equipment, reducing idle time and optimizing maintenance schedules, preventing theft and misplacement of valuable assets, and enabling smoother operations through proactive monitoring. The market opportunity is massive, with significant headroom for growth in this rapidly transitioning sector. Reporting to the Director of Product, Equipment Monitoring, you'll work on full-stack products spanning software, firmware, and hardware.
