About The Position

M0 is building the universal stablecoin platform.
With M0, builders can create application-specific digital dollars, customizing everything from branding and compliance logic to yield distribution and transfer behavior. We provide the infrastructure, standards, and operational foundation that allow stablecoins to move from a crypto-native asset class into real-world money rails.
Stablecoins have already surpassed $300B in circulation, and are on a clear path to becoming a trillion-dollar category. We are now starting to see real enterprise adoption: stablecoins embedded directly into payments, rewards, treasury workflows, cross-border settlement, and programmable financial products.
That is where this role comes in.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Enterprise Stablecoins to define and deliver stablecoin products purpose-built for large enterprise partners. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends product strategy, customer engagement, systems thinking, and execution. You will work directly with some of the largest fintech, payments, and consumer platforms in the world to help them launch stablecoin products that feel seamless, compliant, and production-ready.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in product, strategy, solutions, or platform roles serving enterprise customers
• Deep familiarity with payments, financial infrastructure, fintech APIs, or large-scale platform integrations
• Experience building products that sit close to regulated workflows or money movement
• Strong customer-facing presence, comfortable leading complex partner engagements end-to-end
• Ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level, from product vision down to detailed execution
• High ownership mindset, comfortable driving outcomes in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and align stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Experience in stablecoins, crypto, or blockchain is a plus, but not required. What matters most is that you are excited about the future of digital money infrastructure, and capable of shipping enterprise-grade products into the world.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise stablecoin deployments on M0
• Work directly with enterprise partners to scope, design, and launch stablecoin-powered products
• Translate enterprise needs into clear product requirements and execution plans across engineering, design, and operations
• Design solutions for enterprise use cases such as payments, rewards, treasury management, settlement rails, and programmable money flows
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, legal, and business development to ensure successful enterprise launches
• Define enterprise-ready integration patterns, APIs, and platform primitives that reduce time-to-launch for future partners
• Identify repeatable product patterns across deployments, and feed them back into M0 Core to improve scalability and standardization
• Serve as the internal expert on enterprise stablecoin requirements, including reliability, compliance constraints, security expectations, and operational workflows
