Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry professionals to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities Prioritize features and solutions using data, customer insights, and scoring frameworks (RICE, etc.) Translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Craft the business case for product enhancements to ensure alignment with high-level organizational goals and strategy Lead cross-functional teams, as well as Product Owners, through the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics, and iterate as needed. Act as the ‘go-to' within the organization for your products, their capabilities, and their positioning in the market Interface with Senior Leadership on a regular basis to report on the performance of your product line(s) Speak about your product line(s) externally as needed at customer on-sites, product webinars, etc. Establish and maintain an understanding of our competitive environment and market to drive strength and differentiation
