We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager, Documents to lead how 8am leverages artificial intelligence & automation to transform how legal and accounting professionals create, edit and manage documents. This is both a strategic and hands-on execution role—ideal for someone who combines a deep understanding of document management and automation pain points and experience building solutions that solve productivity challenges with measurable business impact. In this role, you will define and deliver a strategy and vision to drive efficiency, automation, and adoption across the document lifecycle. You will focus on making it faster and easier for firms and clients to ingest, organize, create, and complete documents, while integrating seamlessly with external document management tools. By automating the categorization, creation, and generation of documents & templates, you will work to eliminate manual work, reducing the time required for document preparation and increasing the usability of core workflows such as intake forms, document editing, and eSignature. You will operate as a leader within our empowered team model, working in close collaboration with a UX Designer and Tech Lead in a trio partnership.
