The Sr. Product Manager, iOS App is a key member of the eCommerce team, responsible for defining and delivering exceptional products that align with business goals and drive value for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles, a passion for apps, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. The Sr. Product Manager plays a crucial role in leading the product strategy and roadmap for the iOS app and Gift Registry product teams with medium-high complexity, driving significant business growth and user value.

  • Define priority, scope, and direction aligned to a product strategy for the iOS app and Gift Registry product teams.
  • Establish clear and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track the products' success.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Associate Product Managers and Product Managers.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for multiple product teams.
  • Work autonomously to define and prioritize features based on data, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Leverage understanding of systems, tools, and applications to align roadmaps and dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Execute best in class product management methodology.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on product strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead executive-level meetings and conversations, effectively communicating product strategy.
  • Manage the product backlog and opportunity backlog.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend external vendors to support vision and roadmap.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on omnichannel retail.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Product Management best practices and strategies.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align product decisions with business goals.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in business & product area acumen.
  • Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented.

  • Minimum Starting Rate: $117,000.00 Annually
  • Up to: $155,050.00 Annually
  • Eligibility for bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
