So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Manager with a focus on Subscription and GTM (Go-to-Market) to drive the strategy, execution, and lifecycle of subscription-based product features. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to ensure customer-centric outcomes, successful market adoption, and measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with deep product and market knowledge, exceptional analytical skills, and proven ability to partner across Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams. This role is both strategic and hands-on—you will shape product direction, define metrics for success, and ensure adoption and growth while mentoring junior PMs and contributing to the broader product strategy.

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple subscription product features, from concept through delivery, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
  • Define, prioritize, and execute the technical product roadmap with a focus on subscription growth, retention, and customer experience.
  • Partner with leadership to align product strategy to business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Make critical trade-offs and data-informed decisions that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Field Enablement to drive effective product launches, messaging, and readiness.
  • Partner with Finance, Cx, Supply Chain and Sales Operations to drive campaigns/programs for cross-sell and up-sell programs.
  • Establish and track KPIs for adoption, retention, churn reduction, and revenue growth across subscription offerings.
  • Conduct market and customer segmentation analysis to identify new opportunities and refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Drive portfolio analysis and market intelligence to inform positioning and growth strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their needs, pain points, and workflows.
  • Conduct and synthesize customer research, competitive analysis, and trend evaluation to inform product direction.
  • Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and GTM plans.
  • Act as the primary bridge between Engineering and Marketing, ensuring alignment on priorities, product positioning, and adoption strategies.
  • Build strong relationships across field teams, enabling product adoption and customer success.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align product features with customer and market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with product leaders to drive organizational alignment and execution against the broader strategy.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Subscription Strategy, or GTM Operations roles.
  • Experience providing requirements to CPQ/ Subscription/ Asset Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-platform product features through the full product lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, share growth, and measurable business results in subscription or SaaS models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience defining KPIs and tracking success metrics.
  • Ability to influence across levels of the organization and communicate effectively with executives, engineers, marketers, and field teams.
  • Experience coaching or leading junior PMs a plus.
