About the role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Servicing team, supporting our digital collections programs across our omni-channel experiences, including the BrightWay mobile app. This roll aligns with our mission to help to improve our customer’s financial lives by providing clarity and optionality to get them back on track during times of need. You’ll be charged with deeply understanding both our customer’s needs as well as the rapidly changing digital collections landscape. As a Senior Product Manager you have a proven track record of delivering awesome customer experiences and results at scale. You have a strong bias for action, and you’ll do whatever it takes to get it done. You are a strategic thinker who can propose innovate solutions to delivering against your roadmap. You mix strong data-driven focus with product intuition to challenge the boundaries of what a great product experience can do. This is a hybrid role based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office. Requirements

  • 4-6+ years experience in a product management or business analytics role.
  • Preferably 2+ years in a face-paced environment such as a startup, fintech, etc.
  • Experience following and contributing to a product vision and strategy, executing with a cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with a Product Operating Model and the OKR framework.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer obsession and drive to deliver constant value.
  • Demonstrated ability to autonomously solve complex problems and carry the solution end to end.
  • Experience leading scrum teams, and proficiency writing detailed user-stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your domain.
  • Attention to detail, but focused on the big picture.
  • Expertise with programs such as Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your team’s roadmap to deliver on outputs that ladder up to your Key Results and Outcomes.
  • Creatively solve customer’s pain points
  • Gain a deep understanding for our customer’s needs and pain points through data analysis, and direct user interactions.
  • Communicate status updates, strategic risks and key dependencies, progress against objectives, and wins to your team leaders.
  • Partner closely with cross functional team members across product, design, engineering, operations, and analytics to ensure alignment, prioritization, and delivery across launches.
