We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a single-tenant SaaS platform for enterprise customers in regulated industries. In this role, you will define the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and performant. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other teams to drive adoption, shape pricing and packaging, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This position offers a remote-friendly, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts enterprise software delivery and customer success. You will engage with highly regulated enterprise clients, balancing technical capabilities with business priorities to deliver a reliable and valuable service.

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the single-tenant SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to build a scalable, secure, and reliable platform foundation.
  • Balance feature development with operational excellence and platform stability when prioritizing initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Finance, and go-to-market teams to drive enterprise adoption, forecast outcomes, and scale the service.
  • Refine pricing and packaging strategies based on customer value, market feedback, and business performance.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements, address security and compliance needs, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics, analyze product and business data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to maintain positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for customer-facing teams.
  • Proven experience managing and shipping successful SaaS products from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Practical understanding of running enterprise-grade SaaS services at scale, including reliability, operations, and trade-offs between features and stability.
  • Strong experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear product plans.
  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers in regulated industries, understanding security, compliance, and data protection requirements.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions, define success metrics, and measure product impact.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, packaging, and business case development.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with strategic vision and operational priorities.
