About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of credit building products that help customers improve financial wellness. In this role, you will guide a cross-functional team, including designers, engineers, data analysts, and growth leads, to deliver impactful product experiences. You will set OKRs, manage roadmaps, drive experiments, and make data-driven decisions to optimize both new and existing products. The role requires strong leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will influence key stakeholders, present insights to executives, and ensure that your team delivers measurable impact on customer engagement, retention, and financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2C product management experience, including experience with credit building or financial products.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful 0-to-1 and optimizing 1-to-10 products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and back recommendations with evidence.
  • Experience collaborating with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-impact products.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, including executive communication and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with a bias for action and hands-on execution.
  • Knowledge of growth tactics, activation, retention strategies, and product-market-model-channel (PMMC) fit.
  • Humble, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple levels of a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Credit Building Mission Aligned Team (MAT), accountable for OKRs, outcomes, and team performance.
  • Define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and organize sprints to achieve growth, activation, retention, and LTV:CAC objectives.
  • Design, launch, and assess experiments, A/B tests, and other product initiatives to measure performance and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, legal, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Analyze customer behavior using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience in your product domain.
