Requirements

Technical background with hands-on experience in software development or engineering
Strong understanding of data collection methodologies for machine learning applications
Proven track record working with large-scale data systems and privacy-compliant data practices
Ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams spanning product, engineering, and data science
Effective written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

Experience with data privacy regulations and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize data collection strategies that support nutrition label generation for the Unity package ecosystem
Partner with engineering teams to implement data collection frameworks within Unity's engine and services
