About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own Core Messaging—the heart of the Glue experience. In this role, you'll own threads, groups, messaging features, and the core user interface that teams interact with daily across web, desktop, and mobile. You'll work closely with engineering and design to craft intuitive, delightful experiences that make team communication effortless and powerful. You'll be deep in the product—writing specs, reviewing designs, coordinating releases, and partnering with customers and internal teams to test and iterate. You'll be responsible for UI/UX that people use every day, and your decisions will directly impact how thousands of teams communicate. This role requires someone who understands what makes great messaging products work and can balance user needs with technical constraints. This role will work out of our lovely San Francisco office.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience at leading software companies.
  • Strong track record of shipping polished, user-facing products with exceptional UI/UX.
  • Experience with messaging, communication, or collaboration products.
  • Ability to use the latest AI technologies to prototype ideas and iterate quickly.
  • Thrive collaborating with small teams and partnering directly with leadership on product strategy.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize immediate outcomes over perfection.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building messaging or chat products at scale.
  • Deep understanding of cross-platform design (web, desktop, mobile).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered product features.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to work closely with designers.
  • Background working on consumer-grade experiences in B2B products.
