About the Role: Remitly's Core Customer Experience team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for a critical portfolio of customer-facing features within our remittance product, working closely with engineering, analytics, design, marketing, and business teams to drive high-visibility initiatives. You will contribute to strategic planning and have the opportunity to build alignment across teams and with company executives. You'll report to the Senior Manager of Product for Core Customer Experience team. This position is based in Seattle, WA and is hybrid to support team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching successful products.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and product development life cycles.
  • Familiarity with product analytics and metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy, and develop roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop business cases and data analyses to support product investments and measure impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, and ensure product alignment with business goals.
