About The Position
The Product Team at Priceline is looking for a visionary and passionate Senior Product Manager, Conversational AI to join our AI Experiences team, focused on Penny, our AI travel assistant. You'll play a critical role in shaping how users interact with Penny across conversational surfaces - crafting intuitive, human-like, and emotionally intelligent AI interactions through voice and chat. In this role, you'll define how Penny communicates, lead prompt and response development, and continually improve interaction quality by refining language and behavior. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone with a strong foundation in AI, natural language interfaces, and a deep understanding of how to create compelling and coherent user experiences through conversation. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing to bring AI-powered travel experiences to life, helping us deliver on our mission of making travel easier and more personalized.
