In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. As Senior Product Manager, within the Rare Hematology team, you’ll support key elements of the U.S. consumer marketing strategy and execution for WAYRILZ, the first BTK inhibitor for Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP), FDA approved in August 2025. This role will serve as a key bridge between strategic planning and tactical execution – with a focus on omnichannel campaign delivery, digital marketing optimization and patient engagement initiatives. This is an opportunity for an emerging marketer to deepen cross-functional collaboration, develop digital fluency, and make meaningful contributions to a high-impact, priority launch asset for the U.S. Rare Blood Disorders Franchise and Sanofi Specialty Care. This role reports to the Director of Consumer Marketing, Rare Hematology and will be based in Cambridge, MA.
