About the role As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping Oscar solve problems and accelerating your team’s execution. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of high impact problems related to how Virtual Care providers care for their patients, focusing on the full provider experience during a visit, including reviewing medical records, recording clinical documentation, and ordering labs and prescriptions. In this role, you’ll join the team that is focused on Oscar’s Virtual Care experience from both a provider and patient perspective. Our virtual care offerings provide Oscar members access to providers for urgent and primary care virtually. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional experiences to providers before, during and after their televisits and ensuring they have what they need to provide high quality care. You will report to a Clinical Product leader. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $158,400.00 - $207,900.00 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
