About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Clinical Product to help shape the next generation of digital experiences that improve clinical outcomes and prevent costly cardiovascular events. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of clinical insight, user behavior, and scalable technology. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks critically, and moves quickly from insight to execution. You’ll drive initiatives that help members take the right actions at the right time—whether introducing new offerings or enhancing existing features that keep people healthier and out of the hospital. You’ll work closely with Clinical, Engineering, and Data partners to bring ideas from concept to impact, balancing fast iteration with disciplined, evidence-based decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including significant time in digital health, virtual care, or healthcare technology.
  • Experience leading consumer-facing or B2B2C products focused on engagement or behavior change.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to connect product decisions to measurable clinical and business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deep curiosity and understanding of both user needs and healthcare ecosystem dynamics.
  • Proven ability to move quickly while maintaining clarity, quality, and rigor in execution.
  • Self-starter with a builder mindset; thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution for new and existing features that help members manage cardiovascular risk and improve heart health outcomes.
  • Translate clinical and behavioral insights into scalable digital experiences that drive measurable member impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams globally to define, design, and launch products that deliver value across the ecosystem.
  • Drive product discovery identifying unmet needs, testing concepts, and using data to inform prioritization and design decisions.
  • Define success metrics that connect product impact to clinical and business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively across audiences through clear storytelling and structured thinking to ensure alignment and visibility.
  • Operate with speed and focus in a high-accountability, high-growth environment.
