About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own high-impact initiatives that shape how people get the food they love—and the time back to enjoy it. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teammates across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, and Go-To-Market to define strategy, build and launch solutions at scale, and deliver measurable outcomes for customers, shoppers, and retail partners. You’ll thrive here if you love rolling up your sleeves, are energized by complex systems, and can align diverse stakeholders to a clear path forward. Our team is united by a mission to make grocery shopping effortless for everyone. We collaborate deeply across functions to solve challenges at marketplace scale—balancing the needs of customers, shoppers, retailers, and brands. We work in the spirit of our values: we Go Far Together through tight alignment; we Roll Up Our Sleeves to ship with quality; we Grow the Pie by designing win–wins; we Put It All on the Table with clear, respectful candor; and we Serve Generously by supporting one another so we can better support our community.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
  • Demonstrated strength in our core competencies: Drives Results, Communicates Effectively, Solves Creatively, and Embraces Citizenship.
  • Proven ability to set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive decisions (e.g., defining KPIs, partnering with Analytics, interpreting experiments); comfortable navigating ambiguity to find clarity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building trust, aligning stakeholders, and leading through influence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketplaces, logistics, e-commerce, or consumer technology; familiarity with balancing multi-sided incentives.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics (e.g., A/B testing, SQL, dashboards); ability to partner deeply with Engineering and Data teams.
  • History of building 0→1 products or scaling 1→N systems; comfort with technical trade-offs and systems thinking.
  • Prior exposure to growth, monetization, fulfillment, or operations workflows and their associated metrics and levers.
  • People leadership experience (direct or cross-functional) with a passion for coaching, feedback, and inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Catalog, aligning cross-functional partners around clear outcomes, success metrics, and milestones.
  • Translate ambiguous, complex problems into structured plans; drive execution from discovery and prioritization through launch, iteration, and scale.
  • Use data and customer insights to understand root causes, design creative solutions, run experiments, and inform high-quality decisions that balance speed and quality.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Sales, and Support; communicate transparently to drive clarity and commitment.
  • Establish and continuously improve mechanisms for operational excellence (e.g., rituals, metrics, dashboards, postmortems) to ensure reliability, learning, and sustained results.
