About The Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This role will be focused on enhancing our career strategy for supplemental products in the K-12 business. As the Senior Product Manager for Discovery Education's Career Connect and Strategy products, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative digital curriculum resources that engage students and empower educators. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including curriculum specialists, instructional designers, developers, and QA testers, to ensure that the products meet user needs and are of high quality. You will be expected to conduct market research and user testing to identify user needs and inform product decisions. You will also develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and user needs. You will define product requirements through user stories and prioritize them based on business value and user impact. You will work closely with the development team to ensure product features are delivered on time and within budget. In addition to leading the development of the Career Connect and Strategy products, you will also be responsible for monitoring product performance and user feedback. You will use data to inform product improvements and new feature development. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that the products are effectively promoted and sold to target audiences.
