We are seeking a Senior Product Manager as part of our Care Product Management team to execute the development of our Care products. This role drives the planning and execution at product level with oversight. Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a Product manager, developing and launching digital products and/or platform enablement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in being responsible for the product roadmap of significant customer-facing features and releasing via the formation of hypotheses and experimentation.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and has experience driving Agile product development.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, assess outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom. Passion for understanding user needs, pairing with data, and great design to solve problems elegantly.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Execute the roadmap for our Care products aligning with broader Digital Care objectives. Rethink customer interaction paradigms in the age of AI to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Product Development & Experimentation: Define and refine product requirements, conceptualizing and testing ideas to create transformative customer experiences. Formulate hypotheses and conduct experiments to optimize both customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Agile Mindset: Provide direction to the scrum team with clear, actionable requirements and planning artifacts. Guide prioritization, including coordination with engineering to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate and evangelize the product features and achieve business results. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the organization.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI domain.
