About the position
The Senior Product Manager for Carbon & Sustainability at Climate LLC is responsible for building, launching, and scaling new carbon ecosystems and regenerative agricultural digital products. This role involves leading product strategy, road-mapping, and planning, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful product roll-out and adoption. The position also includes mentoring junior team members and defining product success metrics based on user feedback and market needs.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and scale new carbon ecosystems and regenerative agricultural digital products from concept to delivery.
- Lead the definition of product strategy, road-mapping, and planning.
- Define product features, use cases, and requirements based on user needs.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive product roll-out and adoption.
- Monitor user feedback to identify customer needs and define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Define product success metrics.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Technology, or a closely-related field with 2 years of experience in software development lifecycle tools and processes.
- Experience leading and/or participating in the development of digital products throughout the complete product development lifecycle, including concept, delivery, and go-to-market.
- Experience developing and executing product roadmaps.
- Ability to analyze business workflows to gather insights and enhance IT product development.
- Experience working on projects involving multiple business units.
- Ability to evaluate market-oriented ecosystem capabilities.
- Experience identifying and decomposing problems, use cases, and business needs into tasks and stories.
- Experience designing and executing scalable solutions using SAFe Agile concepts.
- Strong communication skills to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into digital IT products.
