About The Position

The Senior Product Manager, Capital Service & Business Model Execution at Boston Scientific will lead marketing efforts and assist in developing and executing business model changes across the Urology portfolio. This role focuses on creating scalable business models to optimize product launches and develop new capital service offerings, requiring collaboration with multiple functions and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in product marketing, consulting, and/or capital sales
  • Experience creating impactful marketing plans, developing value propositions, positioning, and targeting
  • Experience building relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners
  • Analytical capabilities to evaluate data and develop financial models

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or relevant Master's degree
  • Medical technology experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Advances service strategies to support Urology capital portfolio, including value proposition development and contract definition and pricing direction
  • Develops new business models that drive profitable revenue streams, such as subscription-based revenue models and modular product designs
  • Supports the development of new product capabilities that differentiate products from competitors and drive customer value
  • Scans the environment for new approaches, blending different ideas to create effective solutions
  • Drives forecasts for service products and new business models and evaluates financial performance to optimize profitability
  • Partners with Corporate Service Organization to ensure proper support and execution of divisional service plans
  • Collaborates with corporate team and internal groups to find innovative marketing solutions and tools for the field sales team
  • Develops training tools to support the launch of new service and program offerings
  • Works cross-functionally across business, product, operations, global regions, and other parts of the organization to develop and execute programs
  • Acts as the Voice of the Customer, conducting primary user research and market analysis to translate insights into actionable concepts
