Senior Product Manager (Asset Manager Experience)

CAISAustin, TX

About The Position

CAIS is the pioneer in democratizing access to and education about alternative investments for independent financial advisors, empowering them to engage and transact with leading asset managers on a massive scale through a wide variety of alternative investment products and technology solutions. CAIS provides financial advisors with a broad selection of alternative investment strategies, including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, digital assets, and structured notes. CAIS also delivers industry-leading technology, operational efficiency, and world-class client service throughout the pre-trade, trade, and post-trade experience. CAIS supports over 50,000 advisors who oversee more than $6 trillion in network assets. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Alternative Investments product team with a primary focus on the Asset Manager experience. This role will shape and own the end-to-end experience that enables asset managers to effectively position their products, access actionable distribution intelligence, navigate governance and approvals, and operate seamlessly across the trade to servicing lifecycle. You will build the capabilities that help managers differentiate their products, reduce operational friction, and drive more efficient growth via the CAIS platform. This is an individual contributor role working within a broader portfolio of product managers. The Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to simplify complex investment workflows and deliver intuitive, scalable discovery experiences that support advisor decision making. What You’ll Own This role is focused on supporting the Asset Manager experience, including but not limited to: Build the “digital shelf” for asset managers—how products show up, stay current, and differentiate in the CAIS marketplace. Deliver distribution intelligence—advisor engagement and pipeline signals that help managers focus coverage and grow flows. Partner to evolve the trade-to-servicing experience—order transparency, exception resolution, and post-trade deliverables that reduce friction for managers and advisors. Set the foundation and the next curve—access/approval governance and clean fund data now, scaling into AI-driven insight and triage as the platform matures. While this role is centered on Asset Managers, it will collaborate closely with adjacent product areas to ensure a cohesive, platform wide experience. As priorities evolve, the scope of this role may also shift, requiring the individual to take ownership of additional or different areas in support of broader business needs
