As an AI Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-powered product experiences, leveraging AI across the entire product lifecycle from discovery and validation to prototyping and specification. This hands-on role requires a curious individual who prototypes early, iterates quickly, and ensures that every AI-powered experience delivered is measurable, reliable, and safe, without needing to be an ML engineer. Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• A strong track record of shipping high-quality products in complex, cross-functional environments
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in your PM workflow—not as a novelty, but as a real accelerant
• Experience building prototypes to validate ideas and secure early feedback
• Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear, business-driven specs
• Curiosity about what’s next in AI—and the drive to bring that energy into real products

Nice To Haves

• Experience defining evaluation methods or working with LLM observability tools
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or writing behavioral guidelines for AI features
• Background in data products, MDM solutions, or enterprise data platforms

Responsibilities

• Own the AI experience in your product areas and use AI to accelerate discovery, inform decisions, and tighten the product loop
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver AI features that simplify users’ workflows—not complicate them
• Accelerate discovery and validation: Use AI to synthesize research, support tickets, market data, and competitive signals—turning weeks of manual work into hours of insight
• Draft PRDs, MRDs, user stories, and stakeholder-specific specs with AI assistance
• Prototype early and often: Validate ideas through working prototypes before specs are finalized using tools like Cursor, v0, or Figma
• Own AI experiences in your product: Define AI responses to user actions, write behavioral guardrails, and design protections for AI failure cases
• Design and run evals: Define "what good looks like," create golden datasets, write pass/fail criteria, and monitor AI feature performance and drift
• Drive a tighter, faster product loop enabled by AI-assisted discovery, prototyping, and iteration without sacrificing rigor
