About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager at AirOps, you'll help shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Studio and Agents products. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, driving the development and launch of products that solve impactful business and user problems. We’re looking for someone who is energized by ambiguity, deeply curious about the frontier of AI, and passionate about building products that elegantly balance technical depth with intuitive user experiences. You’ll need to be both hands-on with prototyping and comfortable translating complex systems into clear, human-centered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, or related)
• 4+ years of product management or similar product-building experience
• Strong customer empathy and a track record of applying design thinking
• Genuine passion for AI, demonstrated through hands-on projects and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements
• Fluency in core LLM concepts (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation) and the ability to apply them in user-facing products
• Experience with modern prototyping tools and collaboration environments (such as Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code, Figma, or Git)
• Strong data skills and experience with experimentation, while knowing when to lean on intuition
• Proven ability to lead small, cross-functional teams toward ambitious outcomes
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core AI product area at AirOps
• Lead high-velocity execution with a talented team of engineers and designers, leveraging both intuition and data to drive decisions
• Combine customer insights with technical capabilities to craft experiences that make advanced systems approachable
• Contribute to and evolve AirOps’ product management best practices as we scale AI-driven features across the platform
