Senior Product Manager – AI Solutions
About The Position
Join Global Payments & Liquidity at Wells Fargo and help shape how AI solutions are built and scaled across the enterprise. In this hands‑on product role , you’ll work at the intersection of AI, no‑code tools, and real business problems . You’ll partner closely with business owners, subject‑matter experts, and cross‑functional teams to design, prototype, and deliver impactful AI‑driven products—accelerating AI adoption in a safe, compliant way. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who enjoys experimentation, rapid iteration, and building solutions that get used .
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of Agile digital product development principles and lifecycle
- Exposure to no‑code or low‑code tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and align across teams
- Experience conducting user research and using data to inform decisions
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving, evolving environments
- Interest or familiarity with AI concepts, data literacy, and emerging technologies
- Exposure to UX or design thinking practices, usability testing, or prototypes
- Technical curiosity—interest in learning about APIs, integrations, and automation concepts
Responsibilities
- Own discovery and research efforts to understand user needs, personas, and pain points
- Translate insights into product direction , defining scope, features, and priorities aligned to business goals
- Design, prototype, and test AI-enabled solutions using no‑code tools
- Collaborate daily with business partners, SMEs, technology, risk, and compliance teams
- Gather user feedback and performance data , iterating quickly to improve product outcomes
- Ensure solutions meet safety, risk, and compliance standards required in a regulated environment
