About The Position

The Senior Product Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven products and platforms powered by intelligent agents and large language models (LLMs). This role combines strategic product leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration to bring scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilities to market.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS or platform-based products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, and modern AI development workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, API orchestration, and identity/security frameworks (e.g., OAuth2, SSO).
• Experience working with engineering, design, and enterprise stakeholders in agile environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Background in AI platforms, automation, or data-driven enterprise software.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Proven ability to connect technical depth with strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features and roadmap for AI and automation platforms.
• Partner with engineering to design and scale multi-agent systems, LLM workflows, and integration frameworks.
• Translate technical concepts (e.g., Model Context Protocols, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation) into clear user value.
• Work directly with enterprise clients to identify needs, define use cases, and ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with design, data, and infrastructure teams to build secure, efficient, and user-friendly experiences.
• Track product performance, usage metrics, and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
