About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior NPD Product Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, and launch of new products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer requirements, quality standards, and production goals. Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in engineering and at least three (5) years of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be a positive team player, willing to help wherever possible, and meet deadlines.
• Must have an entrepreneurial & hands on mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in designing capital equipment and machines.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, machining, or 3D printing.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of new products from concept to production.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to define product specifications and requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing to validate product designs.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify and resolve design and manufacturing challenges to ensure product quality and performance.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components.
• Support the transition of new products into production, ensuring smooth handoffs to manufacturing teams.
• Be able to effectively demonstrate and test equipment on jobsites
• Assist in Voice of Customer (VOC) events and get first hand information and product feedback from customers on use case of products and processes.
• Be able to effectively communicate and work in a professional office environment and out on a construction site.
• Provide product assistance to other areas of the company as needed.
• Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.
