About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Experience Lead to partner with internal and client teams on the evolution and optimization of their multi-billion dollar ecommerce platform, related apps and digital experiences. This person will help drive the execution of experience strategies for one of the most recognized digital commerce platforms in the world, partnering with leadership teams to refine and align on the overarching vision . As part of our award-winning agency, recently named Ad Age Small Agency of the Year, this role requires a self-starter who can independently shape digital experiences that connect creativity, technology, and performance, while collaborating closely with leadership to align on vision.We have a long track record of using digital innovation to tell brand stories in new ways, including launching first-of-their-kind platforms and experiences. You will balance visionary thinking with strong product discipline, ensuring that the client’s web and app platforms continue to lead the industry in usability, personalization, and innovation. You will be expected to manage and execute your own work while coordinating with a core cross-functional team. The role requires both strategic and hands-on design leadership, a comfort with AI-enhanced design processes, a keen attention to accessibility compliance, and a drive to push what digital ordering and brand experience can become.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience in product, UX, or experience design, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
  • Proven track record leading high-traffic, high-impact digital product initiatives.
  • Strong portfolio with clear examples of thoughtful interactions such as micro-interactions, animations, motion, and forward thinking details that elevate the overall experience.
  • Expertise in Figma and experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how they influence responsive design.
  • Experience designing or integrating AI-driven features such as recommendation systems, chat interfaces, or adaptive experiences.
  • Expertise in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization standards.
  • Ability to work across disciplines with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong curiosity for emerging technologies, AI’s role in design, and how digital innovation drives brand and business growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of how product ecosystems work, from user journeys to conversion flow and retention.
  • Skilled in design systems, prototyping, and cross-platform experience design, using tools like Figma and related applications.
  • Strong grasp of AI-assisted design workflows such as Figma AI, Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT, and how to use them to accelerate ideation and iteration.
  • Comfortable partnering with AI, data, and product teams to bring personalized and predictive user experiences to life.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect design outcomes to brand, business, and performance goals.
  • Skilled at identifying animation opportunities that can create a better user experience.
  • Experienced in data-informed design, analytics, and continuous improvement through experimentation and testing.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can guide teams, influence stakeholders, and present complex ideas simply.
  • Thrives in a culture that values autonomy, creativity, and measurable results, and who is motivated to contribute to an agency recognized nationally for innovation.
  • Passionate about pushing digital platforms forward through the lens of design, AI, and real-world performance.
  • Comfortable working alongside engineering teams throughout build, launch, and optimization phases to solve constraints, refine solutions, and improve outcomes.
  • Experience leading usability testing, validation, and iterative refinement, using real user feedback and data to continuously improve experience quality and performance.
  • Prior background in QSR or food eCommerce user experiences and user journeys is preferred.
