Responsible for customer support of existing products and features, creating and deploying sales training materials in the field, running pre-sales customer engagements, researching and defining new products and features to increase product usage and revenue, as well as technical presentation and documentation. Understand the customer's use models, diagnose their tool and data flows, and prove if the company's tools produce the "correct" answer. Responsible for identifying why the company's tool is not producing the correct results and work with engineering to correct the software which requires both technical acumen in electrical engineering and good communication skills. Define new features and products which require technical expertise in analog design and tool flow, as well as the ability to understand the customers unique needs. Transform customer needs into both business case and technical specification for the R&D team to implement. Responsible for testing and providing feedback to R&D to ensure that the delivered product meets the customer's requirements.
