We are expanding our Strategic Growth organization to shape demand early, influence requirements, and embed Silvus Technologies into future programs of record across the U.S. Department of Defense. THE OPPORTUNITY Silvus is seeking a Senior Product Engineer who will report to the Director of Product Solutions. This role oversees the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring designs are innovative, functional, and meet customer and business needs. Key responsibilities include generating product requirements, designing and developing products, conducting prototype testing, providing product integration and testing support, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and leading technical projects. The successful person in this role will use expertise to solve complex technical challenges, improve product performance, and drive continuous improvement throughout the product's life. The Senior Product Engineer position is based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position.
