What you will be doing: You will serve as a senior technical leader, driving complex product development initiatives from concept through production. This role is onsite at our Utah location focusing on technical execution, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-related field.
8+Years
Proficiency in advanced engineering design techniques and tools.
Strong technical expertise in product development and engineering design.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., SolidWorks, FEA, PLM systems).
Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally, and lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

Lead complex engineering projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
Apply advanced engineering design techniques and tools to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Develop and implement innovative product designs, processes, and testing procedures.
Perform complex engineering tasks with minimal guidance, leveraging extensive experience and expertise.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams without direct supervisory duties.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to ensure product feasibility, project objectives are met and compliance with standards.
Ensure adherence to development and manufacturing standards, including ISO and internal quality systems.
Maintain and improve engineering documentation, data management, and knowledge sharing practices.
Act as a subject matter expert in product development, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving.
