As a Senior Product Designer working on E-commerce at Crunchyroll, you will oversee the design and user experience opportunities for our digital E-commerce platform. As an individual contributor, you'll brainstorm and improve upon existing experiences that help increase revenue and cross selling opportunities a global audience of anime fans all across the world. Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visuals and graphics that convey Crunchyroll's brand's message, value proposition, and story to capture the attention of potential customers. Branding Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, maintaining a cohesive look and feel that resonates with the target audience. User-Centric Approach: Apply user-centered design principles to create materials that resonate with the target audience and guide them towards the desired actions, like signing up or making a purchase. Performance Optimization: Collaborate with our E-commerce team to analyze the performance of design assets and improve on them to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness and satisfaction. Continue to develop a deeper empathy for our users. In partnership with our user research team, gain and apply user insights to new concepts and in-development designs. Ensure that design decisions are rooted in a clear understanding of user needs and motivations. Collaborate with designers on other teams to ensure that design solutions for a specific platform are scalable and the experience is holistic and seamless for the end-users across all platforms.
