About The Position

Topline Pro is building AI powered Shopify for service businesses, helping service pros acquire direct business quickly. The company is co-founded by Nick Ornitz and Shannon Kay, with a team of over 70 members and plans for expansion in 2025. They serve thousands of local service businesses and have been recognized as one of the top 50 Tech Companies for SMBs in 2023 and 2024. As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a growing design team in Boston, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and working cross-functionally to create intuitive products. This role is crucial in shaping the design team and culture during a period of rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products at startups or high-growth tech companies.
  • Fluency in Figma, component libraries, interaction design, and visual polish.
  • Ability to think in systems while designing for clarity.
  • Strong product sense and ability to thrive in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership in shaping problem spaces.
  • Belief in shipping fast, testing often, and learning continuously.

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered prototyping platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design new product features with a focus on usability, visual clarity, and intuitive interaction patterns.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to explore new product hypotheses, test concepts, and refine usability.
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to deliver features to production and iterate with live user feedback.
  • Collaborate with other designers to give and receive feedback, maintain a high bar for craft, and ensure cohesion across product surfaces.
  • Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and polish across all touchpoints.
  • Communicate design vision clearly through storytelling, reviews, and documentation to inspire cross-team alignment.
