About The Position

We are seeking a Product Designer to help expand our small design team of two. • A desire to do hands-on user research on an early-stage team, from planning and recruiting to analysis and insights delivery.
  • Enthusiasm for simplifying complex workflows, and a deep curiosity about users and their problems.
  • Ability to balance working strategically and getting details right with iterating quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly prototype concepts to test hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to execute shippable solutions.
  • Contribute to and lead strategic decisions around product definitions and roadmaps, grounding decisions in user needs and insights.

  • Build effective working relationships across functions and involve the wider team in the design process.
