Why This Role Matters: We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who approaches problems holistically and creates elegant and simple solutions to multifaceted, complex projects. You have the ability to drive an idea from concept to implementation alongside other product designers, product managers, engineers, and executives. You have experience delivering high-quality D2C experiences and are inspired by customer insights and data. Most of all, you’re intrigued by how you can enable our customer’s lives through financial services and insurance products and see an opportunity for a win-win-win relationship for our members and Gainbridge. You’re opinionated about product direction down to the pixels, and words, and are relentless about improving the experience. This role will report to the Director of Product Design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design-focused roles, with specific experience in direct-to-consumer products
  • An established portfolio showcasing visual design skills, systematic problem solving, and mobile app experience
  • Demonstrated experience shipping 0 to 1 products

  • Experience working in brand and marketing design

Responsibilities

  • Work with design leadership to craft, refine, implement, and communicate design vision and strategy across the organization.
  • Influence the shape of the product with research and data while executing designs using high-quality wireframes, user journeys, cross-platform interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual design.
  • Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements across all product touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • Foster an inclusive environment to allow teams to thrive.
