Requirements

5-8 years of experience designing digital products on web or native apps.
Strong background in UX and UI design, with skills in visual design.
Portfolio showcasing a user-centered design process.
Proficiency in Figma.
Strong prototyping skills.
Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
Experience working with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AI design workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee the user experience of a product from concept to launch alongside other designers.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including product managers and engineers.
Design at a system level, considering the entire user journey rather than isolated elements.
