About The Position

What you’ll work on: • Design platform-level and supporting services used across multiple healthcare  products • Solve complex, systemic problems that extend beyond individual features or  screens • Translate strategic intent into clear, actionable design work, and feed tactical  learnings back into platform direction • Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to make  informed tradeoffs under real-world constraints • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and alignment What we’re looking for We’re looking for a designer with strong execution muscles and strong judgment. You: • Are highly tactical and hands-on, while staying grounded in design theory and  systems thinking • Naturally bridge tactics and strategy, understanding how detailed design decisions  shape long-term platform outcomes • Operate with high autonomy, ownership, and accountability • Demonstrate clear critical thinking and articulate design rationale (bonus if you do  this effectively with non-designers) • Think in systems and platforms, not just features • Bring strong product sense, balancing user value, business needs, and operational  realities • Have excellent UI taste with a high bar for clarity, hierarchy, and polish • Act as a thought partner, helping shape design standards, practices, and platform  vision—not just delivering artifacts AI-enabled design (must-have) AI is core to how we work. You should have hands-on experience using tools like Figma  Make, Lovable, or similar, and be comfortable using AI to: • Explore and iterate on ideas quickly • Prototype and test concepts • Support design storytelling and stakeholder conversations Tools & experience • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Experience designing complex digital products, platforms, or internal systems • Comfort working in environments where problems are not fully defined and require  sound judgment
