About The Position

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for the design and the overall functionality of the product; as well as the design of the digital health experience across our suite of digital healthcare solutions. The role spans the full product design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, Communication Design or closely related field; and
• Two (2) years of experience in offered or similar position.
• Stated experience must include work with all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, user experience and usability testing, as well as use of Figma and creation of design systems for mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research
• Identify new digital product improvement opportunities and recommend design enhancements based on market and company needs
• Analyze how a new digital product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences
• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions and emerging design techniques to inform design strategies
• Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
• Work closely with product engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experience and suggest improvements for products and processes
• Present product design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
