About The Position

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts within our Engagement Growth Engine team. This role is crucial to shaping how users engage with our platform to build lasting habits and improve their health. You'll work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Scientists to design experiences that drive retention and long-term user success. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered, impactful work
• Proven track record of designing for consumer-facing digital products at scale
• Expertise in Figma and other design tools, with a strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
• A bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within the EGE team, from discovery through execution
• Partner closely with cross-functional peers to identify opportunities, shape product strategy, and define success metrics
• Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that are grounded in user insights
• Facilitate design critiques and feedback sessions, contributing to a culture of design excellence and collaboration
• Advocate for user-centered design and champion accessibility, usability, and inclusivity across all touchpoints
