Requirements

  • Experience designing modern SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing UX, interaction, and visual design.
  • A passion for solving complex problems with design.
  • Expert knowledge of the end-to-end iterative design process.
  • Familiarity with user research, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping.
  • Strong collaboration skills with other designers.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
  • At least one year of experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive & collaborative relationships with product, engineering, and research teams.
  • Develop deep expertise across multiple product areas.
  • Quickly prototype solutions to visual and interaction problems.
  • Engage with users to understand their pain points.
  • Design experiences that are simple, elegant, and address real problems.
  • Use remote tools to create wireframes and design in Figma.
  • Validate product ideas through experimental design.
  • Deliver high-quality work while maintaining speed.
  • Mentor junior designers to build empathy for users.
  • Represent users in product strategy discussions.
  • Review product designs and provide constructive feedback.
  • Actively mentor designers in the team.
