The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer. You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions. The sales platforms software market is projected to grow from $72 billion in 2022 to $193 billion in 2032, driven by the demand for digital sales tools. Out of the total sales tech market, CRM makes up $46 billion. However, Sales orgs have bloated tech stacks ranging from 10 (sales org of ~25 people) to 20+ (sales org of ~250 people) different point solutions. Companies are looking to significantly simplify their tech stack and have it work for them instead of the other way around. Every sales tool claims to create an all-in-one revenue platform, but nobody is fulfilling that promise. This tech stack is costly and hinders sales productivity: Productivity lost - when reps update CRM, it takes 2-4 hours / week through the help of UX tools Revenue lost - CRM data is “garbage in, garbage out” and CRM’s data visualization / drill-down capabilities are very poor. Visibility into what’s working and what’s not is very low. This means no predictive or real-time insights to guide executives in decision-making.
