Senior Product Designer
About The Position
Radix is revolutionizing how the multifamily world makes decisions by bringing data transparency, market intelligence, and acquisition modeling into a seamless ecosystem. As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a fast-growing Product team focused on building simple and intuitive experiences that help multifamily professionals make smarter decisions with confidence. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners in the Prishtina office, owning design for key areas of the Radix platform, acting as the voice of the user, and championing simplicity to transform insights into elegant, user-centered solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ of experience designing digital products in B2B or SaaS environments with a strong record of owning design for complex applications such as dashboards and data tools.
- Your portfolio demonstrates systems thinking, strong visual craft and end to end product design.
- Highly skilled in Figma and comfortable with core design tools including prototyping, components, tokens and variants.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design and information architecture.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners, and you thrive in fast paced, iterative environments where balancing speed and craft is essential.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex, data heavy problems into simple and efficient user experiences that feel intuitive and clear
- Take strategic ownership of core product areas and guide work from exploration through delivery in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Validate concepts through usability testing and data informed decisions that drive measurable impact
- Strengthen and evolve the Radix design system to ensure consistency, quality and scalability
- Influence teams across the company by aligning stakeholders, communicating design rationale and driving design excellence
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers while contributing to best practices that shape the future of Radix design culture
