About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive user experience for our complex healthtech ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, transforming intricate workflows into intuitive digital solutions. By bridging the gap between deep research and high-fidelity interaction design, you will directly impact how healthcare professionals and users interact with our platform.

Requirements

• Has 6+ years of experience designing complex B2B or B2C SaaS products with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrates mastery in articulating design tradeoffs and showing measurable impact on product metrics.
• Possesses technical proficiency in design systems and a strong eye for motion or interaction design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep UX research to understand complex user personas and translate findings into scalable product features.
• Design and iterate on end-to-end workflows, ensuring a seamless experience across a complex SaaS environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to maintain design consistency and elevate the overall product quality.
