About The Position

Artemis is building the open data standard for digital finance by organizing and standardizing the metrics that matter in crypto and stablecoins. Before Artemis, investors and analysts had to hire engineers or analysts to write custom SQL, build internal dashboards, or manually input data from 10 different websites into a spreadsheet. With Artemis, anyone can understand what’s happening onchain without needing to code.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, including examples of user-centric solutions.
• Expert in Figma and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Principle.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Familiarity with design systems and agile development methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or understanding of the crypto industry and blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and execute design strategies.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that translate user needs into seamless experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency in design by contributing to and maintaining design systems.
• Analyze and understand business goals, user needs, and technological constraints to deliver impactful designs.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, with an emphasis on innovation and creativity.
