About The Position

5centsCDN is looking for a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of a suite of digital products and improve the user experience for our customers. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering, collaborating on best-in-class visual experiences in all of our customer-facing channels. Beyond technical capabilities, we are looking for a person who can productively handle diverse and changing requirements and turn them into actionable plans. Requirements

5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer at an agency or product company.
Proven experience as a visual storyteller, turning complex business problems into simple and engaging products.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and a few case studies that show your work methodologies is a must.
Proficient in Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, and Invision.
Previous experience in eCommerce, product, or SaaS, either agency or client-side.
A passion for content creation, such as illustration, copywriting, photography, public speaking, or any other special skills that flex your creative muscles.

Responsibilities

Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product.
Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming.
Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers.
Employ design concepts into functional prototypes.
Perform research on product technologies and structures to incorporate into design concepts.
Keep up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions.
Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase.
Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.
Improve and enhance the platforms by actively working with engineering to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
Follow a user-centric design process from research and strategy through to information architecture and visual design.
Work closely with our marketing team to effectively sell our brand story and innovative products to new users through other consumer-facing channels.
Develop brand visual assets and enforce brand integrity across a wide range of digital and print deliverables.
Be good at managing time to balance several open projects and maximize productivity on tight timelines.
