Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful. We work with small home service businesses, like your local plumbers, electricians, painters, and landscapers, to transform the way service is delivered through technology. With Jobber they can quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments from their customers, while providing an easy and professional customer experience. Running a small business today isn’t like it used to be—the way we consume and deliver service is changing rapidly, technology is evolving, and customers expect more. That’s why we put the power and flexibility in their hands to run their businesses how, where, and when they want. Our culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation has been recognized by Great Place to Work, Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, and more. Jobber has also been named on the Globe and Mail’s Canada’s Top Growing Companies list, and Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50™, Enterprise Fast 15, and Technology Fast 500™ lists. With an Executive team that has over thirty years of industry experience of leading the way, we’ve come a long way from our first customer in 2011—but we’ve just scratched the surface of what we want to accomplish for our customers. As part of the larger Product Development organization, you’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a decentralized triad, acting as the design leader for your product area. Grounded in user understanding, you’ll uncover opportunities, validate ideas, and contribute to the long-term vision of your team—driving meaningful impact for hundreds of thousands of home service professionals worldwide! As a Senior Product Designer on the Supply team, you’ll define the end-to-end experience that brings partner-provided products directly into Jobber’s workflows. You’ll design a scalable strategy and user experience that seamlessly integrates partner inventory, pricing, and product data wherever it’s needed—from quoting to scheduling to job execution. Your work will expand the value Jobber delivers to home service businesses by making it effortless for them to access the supplies they need, when they need them, within Jobber’s unified system. Our Product Designers turn insights and sketchbook ideas into intuitive, high-quality user experiences. In this role, you’ll uncover user and business problems, shape solutions, and translate them into polished, end-to-end designers. You’ll report to a Design Leader focused on challenging you, developing your skills, and helping you grow further in your career! You’ll be the sole designer for your product area, driving discovery through to delivery and iteration. You’ll stretch your skills, expand your influence, and help define an impactful part of Jobber’s product.
