About The Position

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of experiences across our platform and messaging products. This role requires a deep understanding of how cohesive platform solutions and strategic messaging frameworks drive both business success and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly influence how other teams integrate and leverage these platforms to enhance overall functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of inspiring teams and peers, and driving complex projects to success.
• Exceptional skills in both User Interface and User Experience design, clearly demonstrated through a distinguished portfolio.
• Adept at understanding and implementing large-scale business implications of design decisions within the tech landscape.
• Extensive experience with AI tools in design, enhancing both process and product quality.
• Proven experience in platform and messaging product design.
• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform and Messaging Design: Direct the user interface and functional design of our platform and messaging products, ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment across different teams.
• Own Platform and Messaging Design: Drive the user interface and functional design of our platform and messaging products, ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment across different teams.
• Develop Strategies and Frameworks: Create robust strategies and design frameworks that serve as a blueprint for other teams to build upon and connect with, facilitating consistency and scalability.
• Innovate in Ambiguity: Lead in ambiguous scenarios, pushing boundaries with a highly motivated attitude and clear vision.
• Expertise in UI/UX: Craft impactful user interfaces grounded in strong UX foundations to create experiences that ensure the user is able to accomplish their tasks.
• AI and Technological Integration: Employ AI tools effectively, improving design methodologies and showcasing advanced examples and demonstrations.
