About The Position

As a Senior Product Designer, Native Apps (iOS & Android), you will shape the vision for EWTN’s mobile platforms, helping millions worldwide deepen their relationship with Christ. This role goes beyond designing apps—it’s about creating faith-filled experiences through movies, podcasts, prayer resources, and other Catholic content that supports evangelization and spiritual growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Content to define and execute a product roadmap that centers on EWTN’s mission. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic who combines product expertise with a deep understanding of Church teachings, creating digital experiences that are meaningful, inspiring, and aligned with Catholic values.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile Product Design for consumer-facing iOS and Android apps.
• Proven ability to define product vision, execute roadmaps, and achieve measurable results.
• Experience collaborating in Agile environments with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, analytics, and iterative development.
• Familiarity with React Native, Swift, Kotlin, and modern CI/CD tools for global-scale apps.
• Practicing Catholic with a deep understanding of Church teachings and a passion for evangelization.
• Experience with mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel), usability testing, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and roadmap for EWTN’s iOS and Android apps, ensuring all features reflect Catholic teaching and serve the apiritual needs of our global audience.
• Conduct research and testing to understand user needs, integrating feedback to create intuitive, inspiring, and mission-driven experiences.
• Define and track key success metrics (e.g., active users, engagement, session duration) to guide continuous improvement and data-informed decisions.
• Advocate for the user and mission in cross-functional planning, securing alignment from stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Partner with engineering and analytics teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and reliable apps.
• Ensure all products uphold Catholic values, maintaining integrity and alignment with EWTN’s mission in every decision.
• Travel occasionally to EWTN locations in Washington, D.C., Alabama, or the greater New York City area for planning and team alignment.
