You will be responsible for an end-to-end problem space, bringing vision and deliver design solutions from initial concept through shipping and beyond

Requirements

6+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer building, prototyping, and continually evolving digital products from ideation to implementation, specifically in mobile applications
A portfolio that showcases love for the craft and proficiency in problem solving, interaction design, desktop/mobile user interfaces, prototyping and a strong aesthetic sense
Strong product thinking with the ability to develop product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on people and business needs

Nice To Haves

Experience designing financial products, specially wealth, trading and/or crypto.

Responsibilities

Help to create alignment with product and engineering on priorities leading to product design and execution
Partner closely with other Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and Data Analysts to deliver high quality experiences for different user personas
Work closely with design leadership across different problem spaces at Trade Republic to improve our design process, operations and practices
