About The Position

We built Bubble with a clear mission in mind: to empower everyone to create software. We believe anyone with an idea should be able to build it, so we’re making software creation accessible to everyone. Our AI visual development platform enables anyone, whether they’re first-time entrepreneurs or enterprise teams, to take an idea from prompt to fully-functional, scalable reality across web, iOS, and Android — all on one platform, all without writing or managing a single line of code. As the only full-stack, cross-device no-code platform on the market with over 5 million users in over 100 countries, Bubble is breaking down the barriers to entrepreneurship and innovation across the globe. What we’ve achieved: Our product is working, and we are thriving. Entire VC-backed companies have been built entirely on Bubble. After finding product market fit and 8 years of bootstrapping, we raised a $100 million Series A and we’re one of the fastest-growing companies in the New York tech ecosystem. You can build just about anything on Bubble - and our community is living proof. More than just launching products, people are turning their ideas into real businesses. Mailead grew a $10k investment in a Bubble product into a $2M valuation, while Faceless.video went from 0 to $1M+ ARR in less than a year, among many other examples. About The Role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer, Mobile to shape how founders and teams build Bubble apps on phones and tablets. You’ll lead end‑to‑end design for how mobile apps are created and experienced, balancing the web‑based Bubble editor with high‑quality iOS and Android experiences. You’ll join a multidisciplinary squad of PMs, engineers, and designers focused on making Bubble highly usable for non‑technical builders, with an emphasis on world‑class mobile experiences. This role splits roughly 50/50 between web application design (the Bubble editor and tools) and mobile product design (runtime, navigation, and mobile‑first patterns).

  • Strong interaction and UX foundation with portfolio examples of mobile systems and features.
  • Deep knowledge of iOS and/or Android conventions, and judgment on when to diverge from them.
  • Comfortable designing for both web‑first editors and mobile‑first experiences.
  • Able to work independently and lead complex projects from framing to launch.
  • Shows commercially released work with clear examples of complex web application interfaces (such as editors, admin tools, dashboards) and mobile interfaces and interactions (native apps or responsive web).
  • Includes at least one case study where you designed tools that enable others to build mobile experiences.
  • Demonstrates system‑level thinking and how your mobile designs integrate with or extend an existing design system.
  • Clearly describes your process, including the problem, constraints, your iterations, and the impact on both users and the business.
  • Includes at least one case study that highlights research or insights specific to mobile usage.
  • You must provide a password to your portfolio when applying for the role
